Overview At Casual n Comfy we want your order to arrive smoothly and without surprises. All prices at checkout include shipping costs, taxes, and applicable duties — what you see is what you pay.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Our products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printful, who ships directly to you from their nearest fulfilment centre. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Norway: 3–7 business days
- Europe (EU/EEA): 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
Shipping Costs Shipping is included in the product price. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties For customers within Norway and the EU/EEA, all applicable taxes and duties are included in your checkout total. Customers outside the EU/EEA may be subject to local import duties or customs fees upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Third-Party Fulfilment Our products are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service. Orders are shipped from Printful's nearest fulfilment centre, which may be located in a different country from your delivery address.
Order Issues If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@casualncomfy.com, and we will make it right.
