RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Customers in Norway & the EU/EEA In addition to our standard 30-day return window, EU/EEA customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification (EU cooling-off right).
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, a refund, or a return. We cover all return shipping costs for customers in Norway and the EU/EEA.
Customers outside the EU/EEA Our standard 30-day return window applies. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return Contact us at hello@calmdayclothing.com to initiate a return. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unrequested returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Damages & Defective Items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@casualncomfy.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you — no return required in most cases.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale (outside the EU/EEA only — EU/EEA customers retain their statutory return rights regardless of sale status)
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds Once we have confirmed your return or issue, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@casualncomfy.com.
